When men decide to seek help for their issues, they are often placed in unisex therapy groups. Being around women can make it hard for men to openly share, which can stagnate their healing process. This is where men’s therapy groups come in. As men-only therapy groups, they offer a safe space for men to share their personal experiences, learn from others, and ask questions in a safe place.
This group is a gathering of 10 to 15 men in a virtual setup that allows them to share, vent, learn, and adapt to life challenges and changes. This group is a type of psychotherapy for men’s issues that is led by Brittainy Noel, LCSW
